My approach focuses first and foremost on understanding how you experience the world, so we can begin to build a compassionate set of tools that support a way of living that feel sustainable and aligned for you. The aim is not simply improved symptom management, but deeper self-understanding and meaningful lasting change.
At the heart of my work is a relational and compassionate approach. I recognise that many people’s needs don’t fit neatly into “just therapy” or “just coaching”. Needs can shift naturally over time, with some sessions focusing on emotional exploration and others on practical change. For those seeking a more holistic approach to their health and wellbeing, nutritional support can also be thoughtfully integrated.
Many people choose to work with me after trying other approaches that didn’t feel quite right for them.
