Counselling provides a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly, without fear of judgment. Some people seek therapy to make sense of past experiences, while others look to explore new perspectives, resolve inner conflicts and find a deeper sense of purpose.
Together, we will explore your challenges, uncover their roots and help you develop the self-awareness and resources needed to face life's challenges.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. This flexibility allows me to tailor our work together, recognising that what supports one person may not be right for another.
My integrative counselling approach includes:
ADHD isn’t just about attention or time management; it often affects how you see yourself, relate to others and respond to the world around you.
Counselling provides the space to explore the emotional impact of ADHD which could be frustration, shame, self-doubt, or a sense of feeling “different” that may have built up over time. While medication can play a key role in managing ADHD symptoms, it may be more effective alongside professional emotional support and guidance.
Through counselling, we can look beneath the surface to understand how past experiences, unmet needs, or masking behaviours have shaped your self-esteem and coping patterns. This deeper awareness enables lasting change, not just improved symptom management. Together, we’ll work on developing self-compassion, improving emotional regulation and finding ways to express your authentic self, rather than constantly feeling like you have to fit into a neurotypical mould.
