With over ten years of experience supporting people’s health and wellbeing, alongside my own lived experience of ADHD, I understand how exhausting life can feel when things become overwhelming and stressful. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced challenges such as maintaining motivation, feeling stuck, navigating loss, and balancing the many demands of daily life. These experiences, both personal and professional, shape the empathy, compassion, and genuine understanding I bring to my work.
Over the years, I’ve supported people experiencing depression, anxiety, disordered eating and long-term health conditions. I’m mindful of how often these difficulties overlap, particularly for those who are neurodivergent and how significantly they can impact self-esteem, sleep, relationships and everyday functioning.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and tailored to you as an individual, because no two journeys are the same. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can show up exactly as you are, without masking, pressure, or expectation. Together, we can explore your past and present experiences and begin to make sense of how they have shaped the way you think, feel, and move through the world.
I have particular experience supporting adults who have received a later diagnosis, or who were diagnosed earlier in life but did not receive the understanding or support needed to navigate their neurodivergence effectively. However, you do not need to identify as neurodivergent to work with me. I welcome anyone seeking compassionate, thoughtful support. As our shared understanding grows, you may find yourself better equipped to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-compassion and resilience.
