I offer a number of reduced-fee spaces which are subject to availability. If cost is a barrier, please feel free to get in touch to discuss your circumstances privately and confidentially and to be added to a waiting list.
I will carry out an initial assessment to gain a clear understanding of your concerns, relevant background information and current goals for therapy. I will explain the counselling process, confidentiality and what you can expect moving forward should you wish to continue further sessions.
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need at the outset. We can begin with counselling and, if it feels helpful over time, integrate elements of coaching or nutritional support. In your first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you here and discuss the most supportive way to work together.
In some cases, I may recommend specific supplements based on your test results. I believe that a balanced, nutrient-dense diet should always come first, so supplements may not be necessary if your nutritional needs are being met through food. However, factors such as stress, certain health conditions, medications, soil depletion and modern lifestyle demands can make it more difficult to obtain optimal nutrition from diet alone. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, older adults, those following a vegan or vegetarian diet, or anyone managing specific health conditions may also benefit from targeted supplementation.
I can offer access to a range of high-quality functional tests to help uncover potential underlying factors contributing to your health concerns. Testing is entirely optional and carries an additional cost.
No, combining nutritional therapy, for example, with your counselling or coaching doesn’t incur extra fees. It’s all included in your regular session, providing you with integrated support at no additional cost.
Yes. You’re very welcome to focus solely on counselling.
Absolutely. Coaching provides practical strategies and goal-setting support, while counselling helps you understand your emotions and thought patterns. Combining both can give you the clarity and confidence to move forward in life.
This will depend on your goals, pace and current circumstances. Some people find it helpful to begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and a sense of continuity and there is the choice to move to fortnightly sessions. We’ll agree on a rhythm that feels supportive for you and can review and adjust this over time.
The length of our work together will depend on your needs and what you’d like to focus on. Coaching support is often more structured and may take place over a shorter period, commonly around 6–12 sessions. Counselling tends to be more exploratory in nature and may involve longer-term work, often around 12–24+ sessions. I work on an open-ended basis, meaning there’s no pressure to fit into a set timeframe. We’ll regularly check in together to make sure the pace, focus and direction of our work continue to feel right for you.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Extended 80-minute sessions are also available.
Sessions can be both in-person and virtual. We can discuss and choose the format that best fits your preferences and convenience.
Absolutely. My work is open to anyone seeking supportive, integrative care, regardless of neurodivergence or diagnosis.
